Need information regarding application of family visa after receiving Student visa

Dear All,

Please guide me how to apply visa for my family after receiving the student visa under SDS program?
Also due to the current COVID-19 pandemic my classes has been shifted online but I had received my student visa in the month of FEB, will this affect my family visa application?

There is no sds program specifc family visa.

What I had meant in the above post was that I have received my student visa under SDS program and now I want to apply for my family visa please guide me the process to do it so.

You apply for an OWP for your spouse and a TRV for children. Visas/permits are no guaranteed for families of international students. You will need to show that you have the extra funds to support your family in Csnada. That is not the only factor that determines if they get approval.

No such thing as family visa, you need to look at the available options and decide which permit they each want to apply for. Your spouse can apply for work permit because you are a student but there is no guarantee as stated above. Any other family members permit will be mostly independent from yours. If they can teavel or not will depend on which visa/permit they have & where they are from.
