If I create an online account, will my former lawyer or representative have access to my file? He (the lawyer) had sent in my first application online, so everything still goes to him. However, I want to do an application on my own, so how do I without him getting my information?

What did you apply for the 1st time and what happened with it? If it's a new application you would have to fill out a representative form for anyone to have access to it apart from you. Each application is treated separately.

It is a new application and I do not need the services of a lawyer because I can do this one on my own. Do I need to fill out the form if it is on online application?
