Questions about study permit from USA

I am In US on H1B. I got admitted in Masters in Canada. Here are my queries, please reply

1. Do I apply directly on CIC website for study permit for me, Open work permit for my spouse and study permit for my kid or there is any other website.
2. Me and my spouse have Visitor Visa valid till Oct end this year. Is this suggestible to go to Canada first and then apply for study visa and open work permit.
3. Can I apply for Visitor Visa for my kid along with my Study Permit online?
4. In IMM1294e, Do I need acceptance from primary school for minor kid as name of School and other details are mandatory or go for visitor visa.
5. I was told that I can get open work permit for spouse and study permit for my kids at Port of Entry ?

2. No. You don't qualify to apply from within Canada.

3. You just apply for the study permit. A TRV is included if approved.

4. No, you don't need school acceptance.

My elder son will be staying in US on F1 Visa. Can I apply for Visitor Visa for him? I do not want to apply for study Visa for him. Can I apply for his visitor visa along with my application

how old is your son? if he is an adult he has to apply on his own

If he is going to be attending college or university in Canada, then he needs to apply for a study permit independently and must first be accepted by a school in Canada.

You can apply for his TRV but given his age, IRCC may assume he will be studying in Canada. Show strong proof of his intent to remain in the US.

Hi, Did you get the study permit approval ? I am in h1b and got the acceptance from one of the universities. Can you please share the details provided in SOP document?
Also, what was the total gap years.
