Does canadian tire come under essential services?

I have a question.

Can I work full time with Canadian tire? being an international student? as rules have changed temporarily and now international students can work more then 20 hrs if the work in essential services. so my question is do they come under essential service?

Depends on the province. In Ontario hardware stores were not considered essential services.
