Hi I am need some help I am Canadian citizen I sponsored my husband inside Canada he been out of status for 4 years but I sponsored him not and I lost my job due to COVID

I wanted to no now I lost my job due to pandemic I will send off immagrat my work employment plus my roe to show I am not working should I leave an explanation letter explaining y I lost my job and how will I provide or is that not needed

BC I no showing how u will support is a major thing but not I lost my job what can I do and j am still on search for a new job as well right now what should I do kindy write back I'm in need of document help

You don't do anything. You don't need to tell IRCC of your job situation.

He may be required to give a relationship nterview. You will also have to show that ypu can support yourselves if there is any concerns and you are asked for more financial information.

your's is a complicated case. it will not be easy to get visa especially when your husband has been out of status for 4 years and you are jobless. it is better you hire a lawyer. not a consultant or migration agent but an immigration lawyer. don't risk the visa .

They don't need a lawyer. Being out of status is not a reason to refuse a sponsorship app. As long as they have strong relationship proof, it's fine. Being jobless is also not a reason to refuse an app, particularly since OP doesn't even need to update IRCC about their job.
