Points for LMIA Exempted

Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is doing good!!

Currently we are Canada, my spouse is primary applicant and came through ICT on 2019 October.
Now I want to understand that will she able get 50 points through LMIA exempted valid offer letter?
Note: she hasn't completed one year experience in Canada.

She will qualify for the 50 points only after she has worked for a full year in Canada (so October 2020). She cannot claim these points now. Also, her employer will need to provide her with a letter stating she will have a job with them for at least 1 year after she becomes a PR. The LMIA exempted offer letter isn't enough.
