My TRV is coming to expired

My TRV expired this coming dec.2020 but my working permit is valid until April 2021! My questions is can I still continue my work until April 2021even my visa is valid until dec. 2020? Or I'll need to apply to extend my visa until April 2021?!

You can remain in Canada and continue working as long as your work permit is valid.

Hello Everyone,

I just have a question, hoping someone that had an experience can answer. Thank you in advance for those who will answer.

So my sister has an approved work permit and visa that will expire on August 22, 2020, but we still need to do comply with some requirements in the Philippines before she leave the country but the problem now is we cannot process it due to lockdown as offices are closed and we think she will be running out of time to get the clearance she needs from Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) to leave the country.

My question is does anybody know if she can extend her visa so she can still come here in Canada? as the LMIA has been expired already.
