Not much you can do right now. Either wait it out or defer to January. Although, from what read January too seems to have filled up due to May semester either going online or being stopped completely.

I think not only does it depends upon IRCC but also your country's embassy. Am I wrong?

any 1 passport dispatch but no result or visa approval and no email of approved i apply 17 march vfs Delhi and passport dispatch on 21. March but due to lockdown i have not received passport ,is it refuse or due to carona it is still processing
