Hello is it possible that i can apply for CERB? I'm pr holder outside canada but due to Covid i cant return to Canada.

Have you lost your job in Canada due to covid? We need more information. Looks like you only landed recently and must have done a soft landing if you are out of Canada.

Yes i lost my job and my employer will give me ROE and he will put terminated

If kelly07 is outside of Canada though, doesn't it mean the application wouldn't be eligible? Since one of the requirements is to be a residing in Canada.

When did you leave Canada and when did you lose your job? What was your job status when you left Canada? Were you on vacation? Paid? On leave? Are the other employees at your job still working? The issue about residing hasn't really been clarified.
