CERB & spousal sponsorship

Am I eligible for the CERB if I applied for the PR application under spousal sponsorship? and is it recommended? Thank you.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I meant does apply for CERB have a negative impact on your pending application for PR? The reason I am asking is they mentioned your sponsor should be able to financially support you during the time and I am thinking it may have a false effect on the process. Thank you!

It does not affect it in any way - these are unprecedented times, after all. Many people lost their job.
