I didn't use LMIA, company just wrote some paper work in order to get Nominee (OINP)

OINP is different, I have a buddy with OINP who got employer restricted.

almost 22months waiting and still even no medical request yet.
I did medical as upfront.
my document is in Ottawa now.

so stressful..... I don't know what to do.

I am also PGWP open working permit now.
but my Nominee is restricted to specific employer.
Can I still able to get open work permit extended?

You can't apply for open work permit as you are restricted to your employer.
You can apply for closed work permit.
(I was in same situation and I got closed work permit for around 20 months)
