How to claim points in EE if your wife is a PR holder?

Just want to know if I will be getting additional points as my wife is a PR holder and is living with me in Canada.
I am on a PGWP and my CRS score is 448.
I am eligible for Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class

You don't get points for a PR spouse.

As said above, no points for your spouse if your spouse is already a PR. You will need to increase your points on your own. Or have your spouse sponsor you for PR through the family sponsorship stream.

If she’s your spouse , why doesn’t your spouse just sponsor you ?
