Hi, Shalid: one question is it completely save to make the changes in EE profile in NOC and work exp before getting any NOI or ITA?

Also, I would like to ask is it ok to make two profiles one with my spouse and me as dependent and another me as primary and my wife as dependent because we have different noc and in demand in different provinces. Please let me know Thanks in Advance
