Question regarding one year Diploma and WES evaluation

Hi all,

I am planning to enroll in a Postgraduate Diploma course of one year to increase my CRS score as I only have a Bachelors. The University and the course I am targeting are already listed on the WES website, does that mean the diploma will be recognized as a one year degree after I complete it? How to be sure?

Also this is course of distance learning and is aimed at working people, will that be a problem in my Express Entry profile and the PR process in case I get an ITA? I will be working and studying for the course simultaneously.

Any advice is greatly appreciated :)

Hi there, any luck on this, I am currently pursuing a one year diploma. Wanted to check if you have completed your evaluation.

Damn you dug up an old thread. Yeah, I got my ECA, took admission in Aug 2018 and received ECA on 21st Jan 2020.

Thank you mate for your reply. Sorry for digging an old thread. What did your ECA report mentioned ? I am pursuing from Narsee Monji India

I got positive ECA of 1 Year Canadian equivalent PG Diploma, the summary is 4 years Bachelors and 1 Year PG Diploma. PM me if you any questions.
