I would highly recommend you to not apply unless you correct your past refusal reasons for that you need to apply caips notes

Second thing about your purpose of visit; I would need to know what financial docs you have attached for example your family property or any assets you own if not, then you need to attach them in your file (translated and attested)

Changing courses seems irrelevant thing for VO (its a common sense) since you have done maths and science there are plenty of courses here in Canada, you should go for them if any college accepts you I would recommend you to attach some supporting docs from your past school like a letter stated why you got less marks in maths

Make sure this time don’t make any mistake and apply with strong documents
