Have you looked at the grammar and spelling throughout this document ? there are so many spelling mistakes almost impossible to list them all so would you really think a genuine document would have any mistakes at all ?

Doesn't matter. Still fake. A real employer would never be paying for your accommodations or flight. Lots of other issues with this message that make it clear it's fake.
