Hi guys, please can you help me with this:

I have read that I need to take to the Oath Ceremony, among other documents, my Record of Landing (IM 1000) if I became permanent resident before June 28, 2002.

I became permanent resident when I landed in Canada for first time in July 29, 2010 ( I have also renewed my Permanent Resident Card one time ) but I never received a Record of Landing, I was only given a copy of my "Confirmation of Permanent Resident" (IMM 5292) that is also including the date of my arrival into Canada.

Can you clarify if Immigration Canada really will ask for this Record of Landing and when it was supposed I should receive it??

Thanks for your help!

1. Re-read your statement. You "landed" after 2002, so you don't have an IMM 1000. Your CORP is what you need, as it is your record of "landing" the IMM 5202.
