My wife is 20 years younger and I have submitted photographs from wedding, outings as well as Chat logs. I only got one week to complete wedding and honeymoon and had to leave because of COVID. Any advice from senior members?

The 20 year age gap is not that big a deal since you are the older one (in many regions, it is common for the husband to be older than the wife). They will look more closely at the wedding. Was it a big wedding with many family members and did you have a traditional ceremony?

So far so good. I don't really see much red flags so far. The 20 year gap should not be much impact if everything else looks good.

Have you only met once in person? If so that is likely the bigger issue.

On this note in general, is this what usually prompts an interview in these cases? There is a significant age difference with my wife so we just expect an interview when the time comes.

Interviews are generally called when there is suspicion it is a non-genuine relationship, i.e. a Marriage of Convenience. A significant age difference can be an indicator for an MoC but it all depends on other red flags, the culture, the size of the difference and often which gender is the older partner. Many with large age differences have no interview and no issues.
