vfs messages confusing

i submit my application on 17 march vfs Jalandhar,18 march reach ircc office delhi on 20 march it shows need addit6 documents for further processing and 21 march vfs courier my passport and due to lockdown i have not received same ,and no mail of approval ,can anyo6 help what it can be ??? pls help

same thing happnd with me last year ...from where your applied .ask them and write a mail to delhi office regarding you problem they will help you.....i got my refusal latter after 2 months

they send your passport in 2 days only , refusal letter is in envelope ,
