I applied from Czech Republic Toronto . Visa issued 25 days processing time 7 days. Docs required hotel booking , flight ticket , bank statement and employment letter and travel insurance

have you been to Italy without a visa? there is some confusion about that around, FYI, I went to Germany and Croatia with no visa and to Cuba with visa upon arrival if anyones has any questions.

No I didn’t went to Italy but the consulate in Toronto me a letter stating that no need for visa. But I cancelled plans due to virus in Italy.

Yes schenghen is a uniform visa for all schenghen states including Belgium.
