CERB International Students

Hi everyone!
Last week Trudeau announced that international students will be covered by CERB somehow, do anyone have further information on that matter? I could not find anything so far, and i'm living from my savings right now, i need to fix this situation before i run out of money!
I'm aware of the requeriments of 5000 cad in the last 12 months, etc, etc. But he announced a diferent aid for students, that is what i'm refering to

And international students that meet that requirement qualify. Given that you came to Canada 3 months before your studies started, you haven't even started studying yet and most importantly, you didn't lose a job due to COVID-19, you really shouldn't expect a foreign government to be giving you financial support.

Yes requirements are same for everyone, but it doesn't matter if you are an international student.
