Thank you for your time and reply.

My question is under oinp: international student stream, applicant needs an job offer from ontario employer, but requirement does not stating about the relationship between employer and the applicant, can they hv a relative relationship like uncle/auntie and cousin?

Also, does this emploer need to apply LMIAband get positive or only provide a legally job offer is fine?

See the guide for details. This is in fact addressed there.

Ineligible Job Offers

A job offer will be considered ineligible and will not meet program requirements if:

The job offer is made to an applicant who holds or has held (or whose family members hold or have held) equity in the business, either directly or indirectly, unless:
• the equity was obtained as part of the applicant’s remuneration as an employee; and
• the total equity held by the applicant and their family members is/was less than 10%.

Thank you, and i found that the definition of family is only spouse, child and parents

If it's not an immediate relative, then there is no issue provided they meet the other employer requirements (e.g. income, number of employees, etc.).

I think so, this is because they had been approved as eligible LMIA emloyer and sponsored few workers in the past.

The requirements for the two aren't exactly the same.
