What does it mean if I find “profile updated” on the gc key but no updates inside (all the same)?
I know it ghost update
My back ground is already in process on the system but when I requested the notes it is not started yet
Does this mean they started it ?

I just got a email from my lawyer and she received a email from Amman saying my application is still I process and when they are ready they Will send the medical request.dec 3 2019 till now waiting for medical request

Usually mean that the Officer is looking through your application to double check few things and when they close your application the status changed to " profile update" . Sometimes does not mean that there is something changed on your application but most applicant who has this Ghost update they hear something new later like Decision made on Ecase or anything regarding on their application.

So Ghost update is a good sign, let us know if something change ? Good luck
