Bridging open work permits - Applying ONLINE & Biometrics

Has anyone tried to apply for extension of open work permit after AOR?
My PG open work permit expires next month and this week i just submitted all my papers for my PR.
I need to stay in canada and have trouble with extending my work permit ONLINE.
I finally found below remark on the CIC site.

So are Bridging open work permits ALWAYS processed by mail (offline)? Im just so nervous because this is unexpected and due to covid doing anything offline is very difficult.

No, BOWPs don't need to be applied by mail. Most people apply online.

If you don't explain what trouble you are actually having in applying, no one can help you.

There is no link to apply online. I cleared all my cookies and cache but the link doesnt appear. If i log in i only see that my PR documents are submitted. You are the only person who replied, could you give me any further comments? How else can i explain this trouble? I cant link screenshots here

This allowed me to finally generate a work permit extension application when I log in. However, it isnt specficially called bridge open work permit after you are waiting for your PR. So I am unsure if the documents generated IMM5710 and IMM 5257 are the right ones. Plus it seems I have to retrieve them.

Any more advice? Thank you regardless.

There is no specific BOWP app. Those are the correct forms.
