with canada immigration everything is possible there is no guidelines to follow .
my timeline:
1. app received in canada Aug14
2.Biometrics request and done sept.24 in amman
3.file transferred to Amman VO oct 11
4. applied for CSQ (quebec) Oct11
5.Csq issued MARCH 2 and sent to VO
6.Confirmation from amman VO that they received my CSQ first week of april
7.pre-arrival letter today Apr 9

yes am sponsoring my wife from jordan .
i guess what delayed my file that she is coming to quebec and i had to get a CSQ from quebec government and they delayed it 5 months to issue from october to march

i dont know about the medical will they skip it because of the current COVID19 situation or we will have to wait for them to re-open . but atleast they are working on our files . good luck for everyone
