Guys you are worried about score, ITAs and draws. Let us show some respect to the magnitude of the calamity which countries are facing worldwide including Canada and pray for the situation to get resolved as soon as possible (with minimum damage or loss of lives)

Let us not be SELFISH !!!

I’m at 475 (after being stucked at 469 for 2 months), but I’ll loose 5 points within the first week of June.
Not quite sure if I’ll be able to make it, if they decide to do more CEC/PNP/FST draws. It’s really stressful.
Maybe we should start bombarding IRCC twitter handle and raise webform requests asking them when the next FSW draw will take place. Right now they are just saying "draws are still happening" so even if the next draw happens after 6 months or something like that, as far as they are concerned, "draws are still happening", that's what I understand from their generic BS reply.

I don't think harrassment is the correct approach. That might backfire. Some Tweets sometimes, to check about FSW should be fine, but as you say, they're most likely going to say the same thing. They're giving as much info as they're comfortable to give. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
If you need a four years work permit or permanent residence visa to Canada Kindly inbox me on whatsapp +14154846358
I'm not sure if you're allowed to advertise private services here. Have you checked with the moderators?

Could you please share with me the link to their webform where we can write to them? Thanks

You can do it anonymously so there is no harm and IRCC will most likely ignore them but at least they will know that people are frustrated. They should do a FSW only draw if they want to be fair to people who will be losing points due to age in coming months.

I wonder what will happen to all the ECA organizations once the current situation settles down and they begin drowning in applications. Maybe all of them will go the IQAS way and stop accepting applications for a period of time.

I don’t think anyone is being selfish because their life project might be destroyed forever because of all of this.
We’re not talking about a vacation trip to Canada that had to be postponed. Many of us have been saving money, studying, doing Masters, learning a third language, all to restart ours lives in a better place. If suddenly all of this goes away, I wouldn’t say they’re being selfish because they’re demonstrating worries about their longterm future.

I actually think YOU are lacking empathy. That’s it.

I think a balance of both is a good place to be. Just because we're talking about emigration frustrations doesn't mean we're not also taking the pandemic into consideration. There's more we can do in terms of emigrating compared to helping find a cure for COVID.

So, I don't think anyone should feel bad about discussing how frustrating waiting for an FSW draw is. And not knowing what's going on with IRCC. Like you said, this is huge for a lot of us. Possibly the biggest life goal for some of us. So much of what I've done over the past few years has been to make myself a better candidate for the pool.

Is such a long gap between FSW draws unprecedented? I remember someone mentioned this has happened before... a gap of about a month that is.

Never happened with FSW candidates. There is usually a month's gap for everyone (FSW, CEC, PNP) when a FST only draw happens which takes place two times a year but FSW candidates not being invited for 5+ weeks never happened before. Even a CEC only draw never happened in the last 5 years.

I was quite worried that this round would be another non-FSW draw. But nobody has reported to receive an ITA yet, so I think we will just continue to wait.

demonstrating worries is one aspect and cursing and blaming GC not pulling draws, generic twitter replies, non professional gc approach is another.

i bet if there is a draw today itself assuming with 460 crs, all of those including you blaming their inefficiency will start praising them.

“Their long term future” yes that is thinking about your career and future above others including Canada

Quite funny when some people say: Oh this cannot be happening, Canada needs economic migration, blah blah. Look at the situation first, appreciate what GC is doing for all Canadians in response and hope for this to settle soon so they can again conduct draws with full flow.

Sitting in drawing room and passing judgements on Canadian immigration system and grave mistake GC is doing for not conducting draw is mere nonsense!

Dude, you at 475 and stressed? C'mon man! 4 full months before you lose 5 points and it still might be enough.

And for everyone here, if its meant to be, its meant to be. Might sound a bit cliche/philosophical but dont feel down or whatever cos this aint the only path for us. We've put our max efforts and if things click, well and good. Getting the invite is only the start of a tough road ahead.

So, chin-up, up-skill and self-equip!
Thanks bro....Your words are motivating....
