Visitor Visa Passport submission at VFS in India

Hi all,

Need help.

I applied for Visitor Visa for my parents before Corona Virus lockdown in India. We received Passport request from CIC. The VFS offices in India are on temporary closure. I am not sure, what to do now. The letter says, submit within 30 days or Visa will be rejected. The travel is in June or July.

please advise.

Send a webform to CIC indicating the VGS is currently closed, which they are aware of, and indicate that you will submit the passport when they reopen. This will be a common scenario. CIC is overwhelmed by people contacting them so it will likely be weeks before you get a response.

Can you please tell us ur timeline ??

Even i have submitted application on 13th March 2020

Travel date is in June 2020

When do you get Passport Request ???

Submission date ??
