Hello, I am in BC with my wife I landed here from the US on November 29th and my 6 months is in may 29th I want to extend. I only came on a passport what documents do I need. Do i need the application and a visitors record both?

On the application it asks about how much money you have to cover your stay do they need a bank statement or a copy of how much I have in the bank too?
