I sent my documents on 25 DEC 2019 and after 2 months I received a msg in my account that 'additional time required to process your application'
file number 14*.

4 months is my opinion is super quick...

They have analyzed most documents in 2017 or 2018 so they only have few new documents to analyze and they take 4 months for that? Sorry but for me it's all but quick.

For PEQ they take one month to analyze all documents.

And I know someone who had his csq in November in less than 2 months within the same Arrima / MPQ process.

Okay. to be on same page and the benefit of forum.
I am wring this below for confirmation.
You are LMIA + validated job offer and applied on ARIIMA got the invitation and then you submitted application on MPQ and then docs submitted got the acknowledgement and you then you got CSQ.

you are IELTS based applicant not PEQ(or french based).
you are inland in quebec.

Its alright guys! That is good information that MIFI is processing CSQs in 2020 lets hold on for now and by the time the virus clears my hope is that the CSQ waiting queue also clears
