Interestingly, I sent my application 1 day after new biometrics rules for inland applications came into effect, so will probably have to do biometrics too.

Ive received nomination under BC PNP (skilled worker, paper based) and plan to apply for PR soon. My question is does one need to have ECA of bachelor's degree for IRCC? I graduated 20 years ago and BC PNP didn't ask me for an ECA.. my college and studies are both outdated (by Canadian standards) and my employer doesn't require me to have a degree.

In short, will IRCC ask for an ECA still? Is it mandatory? Because if it is, I can't obtain it and then I do not know what stream to apply under.

Any advices will greatly help dear friends.
