should i start the process or wait for a month to stabilized the current senerio? what do u say? i mean in this situation i dont think embassy will issue the visa?

Bro, in india multiple rejections are comming due to Coronavirus. So it is better to wait and apply thereafter.

I will say gather all the documents and apply when the situation gets better.
