I have just been informed by my employer that my had been referred for further review on 20th February 2020 to Ottawa. But no communication by either Immigration office yet.

Does anyone know why did this happen. How long would it take. Did anyone face this situation before?

but recently the website said they’re working on the applications received On Dec 9. and it was updated on Mar 8.

I think so, heard they still receive and process application.

I applied on Jan 9. so we should receive the same week more or less.

what date for application for extension was approved the latest here on forum?

I think it was March 5th.

They used to have in the website they were working on Dec 9th application and it was updated on March 8th, but it was removed on March 27th :(
