My application was approved more than a week ago but they haven't sent it by mail yet.

My application was approved more than a week ago but they haven't sent it by mail yet.

Nope, on Friday I spoke to an agent and she gave me different answer. She said that "it is assigned to an agent and my AOR date is Nov 18 and it will soon be worked as they are working on files upto Nov 20th."

Now I am not sure if it is still being worked on or approved. I will wait till friday and call them back again to check on the status. Looks like they mail all approved applications on a specific day of the week.

They are still working but not at full capacity. Expect some delays.

Not anytime soon. They have to send the batch up to November 20th which they are still working on them!! We have been waiting already since March 17th for our CSQ and nothing. Whats your timeline??
