I called MIFI and they said that they are following the AOR date. I called twice to confirm. Last week when i called the guy said its the date they receive the file. Its a longer wait now...my file will complete 12 months in 9 days

Medical completed: June 15th 2019
File transfer to LVO: November 26th 2019
CSQ received: November 28th 2019

AOR 2: December 4th 2019
CSQ AOR: January 14th 2020

I spoke with them yesterday they said that they are still working and they are not closing. Probably work from home.

Mine says "we are processing" so probably they started processing ur file
