This is because you answered 'No' to the question 'Was this degree, diploma or certificate: - from a public post-secondary school... (and so on)'. You need to answer 'yes' here to be eligible for additional 15 points for Canadian education.

Then, unfortunately, you're not entitled to get those 15 points. Please, refer to paragraph 30(4) Eligible credentials.

Hi,

I am having the same issue, but it is weird because I did answered YES to that question.
However the 15 additional points for studying in Canada are not calculated.
