Hi everyone,
If I do my landing at the borders, Should I cross the border and get a refusal of entry to USA, and then come back to the Canadian side?
Is it how it works? Am I correct?

Most flagpoling is currently not available. Call your border before travelling.

Just read this guidance in effect banning anyone from attending the border from within Canada purely for immigration processing

Pre COVID emergency then the process you describe for flagpoling would be the way it works but for now no option to do that
