No update until now.
4 March - got IMM 5669 request. They need our IMM 5669s filled up. Is this a good sign?

File was under additional review for since september (8 months completed)

Got ghost update for medical extention in febuary.

March10,2020 Got ghost update for eligibility check complete. (as per call to IRCC customer care.)

Anybody have same experience. When can I expect PPR?

Don't worry about this ADR. Many people get it. Some just after medical pass and others either in the middle or late.

They don't reply to emails and webforms. Very rare.

I called NDVO helpline and associate asked me to send email rather than web form. I did both though.
Guess I need to wait again for a new PPR from NDVO.

Wow! that long? I am already at 8 months bar. Why some people get within 6 months and others have to really wait for longer time?

It depends on different cased and different VO. I have 2 friends who applied in October and even got PR card on February... They are lucky.
After eligibility, the application will move to background check, which probably take 2-3+ months...
You can call CIC (I'm not sure if they are working now), and ask them your process.

IRCC website says they are still processing PR applications but from observation on myimmitracker, no one has been issued ppr this April.
