I think @Balr4455 was lucky. He got his passport dispatched by IRCC before lockdown. Ours @balkarthik will take take time as IRCC does not seem to be working on it. I am wondering, how long can they hold your passport :S
My passport got received on March 19th at CPC-Ottawa just waiting for my application to be approved.

I know it will take awhile for them to get it. Hopefully they send my passport by April with the COPR.

Any inland people who received PPR in the last couple of weeks received their COPR? Mine was received in Ottawa on March 13th but no update yet. Current visa expires April 30.
mine was received March 12, but no update as yet.
using the myimmitracker website it seems that no one who's was received to the Ottawa office after March 12th has had any further update yet. I would guess they've pulled a lot of staff from that department.

Latest update from IRCC. 23 March 2020.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-special-measures.html

I have been approved for permanent residence but haven’t landed; can I still come?

Workers, students and approved permanent residents who haven’t landed should not travel yet. We’ve announced exemptions but they’re not in place. Travel restrictions are still in effect for these groups.
Only Canadian citizens, and permanent residents, and some foreign nationals travelling from the United States (US) who have been in the US for at least 14 days and are asymptomatic, are able to enter Canada by air at this time.

As announced on March 20, 2020, foreign nationals who were approved for permanent residence before the travel restrictions were announced on March 16, 2020, but had not landed yet, will be able to come to Canada. Those affected by these exemptions should not try to travel to Canada immediately. We will announce when the exemptions are in place, which we anticipate will be early during the week of March 22, 2020.

Is there anyone still waiting for PPR from Oct? Do you have any ideas on when we can expext any news?
Hi. I am currently waiting. When I called two weeks before my eligibility was review required. Today I have received a ghost update. Even though they do not distribute any pprs it seems they continue processing. Let’s keep our hopes up, and wish for the best.
