ECA from WES

Hi,

I have recently completed my B.ed from Chaudhary Ranbir Singh university, Jind, Haryana & applied for the transcripts from the university but while filling details in WES portal I did't find my university name in list. Is there any chance that WES will evaluate my b.ed credentials. University is UGC approved but its new university established in 2014. Please support me for this query.
