You will be denied if you do so. The 1 year of experience is counted at the time of the ITA and not at the time you send your application. If you received your ITA on March 4th, you should have 1 year of experience or more by March 4th. Your ITA has a number and this number has a date of issue...I would deny this and remain in the pool for the next round after April 21st.

Please don't share wrong information. People are declining ITAs due to this, wasting multiple ITAs in each draw. As long as one submits post completion of 1 year, they will be fine

i guess CiC killed our dreams with not making expected draw yesterday.

I cannot predict when will next draw will happen but even if they make it in first week of April, i think Crs score will be around 490+..

490 is unlikely to happen, with the closure of many IELTS centres and the delay in ECA the score won't increase by much. I guess it will be ~475

Would it be above 470 ? I m at CRS 470 feeling hopeless and disheartened

No. Job offer is not required for OINP's HCP stream.

Does look like draw was just for PNP. Minimum score 720 is what my EE profile says (on the rescore application page, whilst completing e-APR). Will have to see what IRCC publish officially.

CONGRATULATIONS!! Question 4 you how long it take the PNP office to proce your application? And what is the time frame from submitting the application to getting ITA?. Thx

This is all posted in AINP forum. But my EE profile was 13 Dec 2019, NOI was 9 Jan 2020, submitted paper application to Alberta on 30 Jan 2020, file number on 7 Feb 2020, nomination on 11 Mar 2020, ITA on 18 Mar 2020 (though letter dated 19th).

Not for Alberta’s express entry aligned stream (AINP AEES). But if you have job offer it can still make it more likely to get notification of interest from Alberta.

You are so right. I received ITA in a similar situation and I did not decline it. After submitting my documents I received PPR. So guys please let's not waste ITAs.
