What form are you at now? It is necessary to fill the forms that are applicable to your son and provide the necessary supporting documents found in the checklist.Hi... I’m sponsoring my 15 y/o son. Do I need to submit both elementary and High school records or one of them is fine? I don’t have the elementary. But I do have the high school records only. My question is.. the immigration asking for both school records? Pls help me. I can’t provide the elementary school for some reasons.

It depends on the situation. There are forms that are not applicable to my son's situation. What I did, I read it thoroughly the instruction on the website as I go through each form in the checklist. Time-consuming but it helps a lot!Hello,
As far as I know we have to fill in all the forms that are required by the check list. This is what I am doing. I started with all the forms and I completed half of them.
Well, that's very unlucky. It's been 11 months since Manila VO received my application, and it looks like it will be delayed more :/IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Canada VAC in Manila and Cebu, Philippines will remain closed until further notice due to COVID-19. Please visit the website for further updates.
This is very frustrating!!!

I checked mine, and yeah it only limits 8digits for co-signer. I checked the instructions on the website as well but it doesn't mention anything. Have you tried to leave it blank and validate it afterwards? If that would work, then you can just provide the UCI # on a separate sheet with an explanation.Hello
I need some help on my 9 months old child inside canada sponsorship process.
In one of the forms(imm 1344 e), i am not able to fill the UCI number for application co-signer(spouse).
UCI number field has limit of 8 digits whereas uci of my wife is 10 digits.. What should I do, I am not getting any answer for this and I cannot send the application because of this issue.
PS : UCI field for main applicant has 10 digits which is fine
I think it will work as it is not a mandatory field.. I guess I will have to do what you suggested, kind of LOE.I checked mine, and yeah it only limits 8digits for co-signer. I am the same way before. I was very cautious with the small things in filling up the forms. When I was working with form 1344e, it gives me an error for the co-signers' phone #, which I correctly did. But it validates still. Also, there are some fields in the forms that are necessary but don't apply for my son, so I wrote N/A and * for digits. It works well for my end, I guess. Wish u luck!I think it will work as it is not a mandatory field.. I guess I will have to do what you suggested, kind of LOE.
Didnt want to take any risk with application but this workaround looks fine
thank you.. will give it a try!try different Caps , no-Caps combination , as i remembered that's how it worked.
