Urgent help required regarding federal court pr appeal

Hello everyone ! Can you please inform me about the deadline to make an appeal at federal court for express entry refusal . I applied online from india . From gcms notes i got to know my application was processed in vancouver office. I got my application refused on 20th of feb . Please let me know how much time do i have to file an appeal in the federal court to challange an officer s decision on my application?

I believe you have 60 days from the time you were refused.

Thankw for your reply . I sent an email regarding the same query to a canada based law firm and they replied me that the decision was made in vancouver office so i only had 15 days . I am worried about that as deadline of 15 days has already been expired.

That may be true. I would go with whatever the immigration lawyer tells you.
