You were incredibly lucky. Your children shouldn’t have received TRVs and having children abroad is usually considered a choice.

Thanks for the reply. I became a PR in june 2017 and been in Canada for only 10 days, had to come back because of some personal reasons.
Was to go in May this year, however, with the situation prevailing(Covid19) not sure would be able to travel. Hence, was looking for information on H & C.
