I heard visa office would be closed due to COVID-19. So, does it meant that my application process would be delayed? I am waiting ppr.

Yes If you loose job then it will affect your immigration
But as per your timeline you will receive PPR within a week
So don’t do anything just wait

But no PPR yet.. Should I be worried?
And one more thing, after DM can I finally resign from my job now? (it got me the nomination).

You cannot leave your job until you do the landing interview if your nomination is bound to your work.

Thank you, sir! By landing interview, you mean the border crossing interview? I am an inland applicant.

After you get the COPR , you need to do a interview with an officer. You need to comply with all the information and status for your nomination. One of the status was you have a job. So you need to keep the job until that interview ,to the best of my knowledge.
