It looks like they stopped issuing PPRs because it says on IRCC web-site that you cannot submit your passport no more.. It could be that we won't see any PPRs coming in until the situation gets better.

Each office has the web-form for those inquiries, just google it, idk what your responsible office is.

I did the same, the reply I got was pretty generic.. Like, yes, you got your decision made and responsible office will contact you shortly. You know, they cannot really help it in IRCC; I think you will have better luck trying to contact the office, where your application is processed.

That is a smart thing you did with requesting vacation, I was thinking about doing the same if they will actually lay me off. Another option is to get quarantined, which will win you 14 days.
