Can people who have got their passports stamped travel to Canada, as the PM has announced that only citizens and PR's are allowed to enter Canada..so the ban applies on people who have to land or not!

No only citizens and PR can enter,,

COPR and stamped passport does not mean that you are a PR .. You become a PR after the first time you land and cross immigration at that time you become a PR officially

Hello all hope you're safe,

I have a question for those with CoPR/Visa expired or about to expire and were unable/afraid to travel to Canada due to Covid-19 AND sent a webform to IRCC explaining the reasons why.
Did anyone of you received a reply from IRCC or noticed a change in your application system?
In my case they haven't replied yet and it's nearly 3 weeks I am so worried!

I don't think that is true. I think you can travel once your passport is stamped. Get more information on IRCC website.

I am inland AOR is March 23/2019
I got a reply from webform that i sent that
  • The background verifications are in process.
  • The security background verification has not been initiated.
  • The criminal background verification has not been initiated

  • Anybody know which stage i am at and how long these verifications take Thanks

Sorry I misread March 2019 as 2020....
