Query Regarding proof of funds - Gift deed from parents or relatives

Hello,
Either my father or my aunt will be giving me 13000$ for the POF.
I can get gift deed from either of them. Some people said getting it from father would be more beneficial.
So should I ask aunt to give that amount to father and then get gift deed from father?

Does IRCC asks for father's 6 month old bank statement? Cause that would create problems.
In any case it will be my relatives or rather my aunt who is giving me the money so what exactly should I submit?

I have not reached that stage in immigration but would like to prepare beforehand.

As far as I know, IRCC doesn’t care for the source of money of your donor. So you can make either two separate gift deeds or just one from your father; and IRCC won’t ask you, where your father/aunt got those money from.
