Confused about regular post grad diploma

Hello everyone
I have 2 questions.
1. Is 1 year Post Graduate Diploma considered as an additional certificate?
2. This course is a regular course but the regular classes are in the evening so I pursue it along with my job. On the degree as well, it will be mentioned a regular course and not part-time or correspondence. So during my visa process can the officer raise such question that if the course is a regular one then how can you work while pursuing your Post Grad Diploma.

Reply 1-I have 4 year bachelor degree and its is already evaluated by WES as bachelors

And my post grad degree is of 1 year tenure, so any chance that IQAS can consider it a master's degree?
