NOT AS IF NOW SINCE INDIAN GOVERNMENT SUSPENDS INBOUND VISA(ANYONE COMING TO INDIA ON TOURIST VISA/OCI) TRAVELLER TO TRAVEL
There is no suspension of anything for Canada as of right now. Only read official news sources, cbc.ca is the official government news agency.

Called CBSA. They said, "it is essential travel only. But the borders are not closed yet,this may change very soon. So keep an eye out."
That was some contradicting info. Anyway, I am also anticipating changes post PM's speech at 1.
Essential travel is just a recommendation, there are absolutely no restrictions as of right now. People arriving from virus hot spots are not being tested or told to isolate.
