you can go for anything you want as long as you can explain that it will improve your skills and benefit you back in your own country and i would say your language scores are bit low especially for higher education i would say get atleast 7 bands overall before reapplying
nobody can say for sure but i think 5 months is plenty of time will take less than that probably
Yes i had a consultant but he did nothing except making a pdf of my docunents. I hope with help of each other here we need no consultant InshAllah. Have you got GIC ?
Consultants are of no use. I am also an applicant of express entry and every consultant was like u cant apply for both and u have to remove your EE profile. There is something called DUAL INTENT which even the consultants dont know about.
